Frequently Asked Questions(FAQ)

This FAQ covers common support and usage questions. Questions of a more technical nature are usually covered by the forum.

+How do I register a shareware product?

The easiest way to register a shareware product is to visit our online store and pay via our online payment e-commerce system. We accept a wide variety of online payment methods including: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Solo, Direct Debit, and other payment methods provided by paypal. We also accept bank/wire transfer.

+I am a registered user, but I lost the registration code, how can I get it again?

Due to the nature of the security features of our software solutions, users shall be entitled to one unlock of a purchased product. The SenJen company shall however make one further Unlock in the event of re-installation of that software by the End-User (the “Re-installation Unlock”). A software can therefore only be unlocked once on your computer and hard drive failure, or installation on a new computer, may render the product unusable.

+I bought a previous version of your product. Can I get the new version for free?
Yes! Once you purchase any of our shareware products, you are entitled to free life-time upgrades.

+How do I upgrade to the latest version?
To upgrade to the latest version of our software, visit the product's page and check out for the latest version. Simply downloading and installing the new version upgrades your version of our product. In cases where the software has automatic updates, just run the software solution and click on "check for updates" to upgrade your current version of our software solution.

+Can I pay to have a feature added to a purchased license?
Yes! Please contact us with a brief description of the feature you want to be added, we'll let you know the involved cost. This feature will be exclusive to your purchased license. However, in instances where a feature is needed but the user does not want this feature to be exclusive to the purchased product, we are open to suggestions. To help improve the quality of our product, suggest this feature using our online contact form. You can also suggest a feature via our online community. We take all suggestions seriously, although we cannot guarantee they will be implemented.

+Are my transactions via your payment processor (Softwrap) secured?
Yes! Since all our e-commerce payments are managed by Softwrap, personal information received directly from you is stored in a password-protected database residing within their secure network behind active firewall software. We therefore assure you that Softwrap’s transactions are secured by VeriSign™ with a server that support SSL Version 3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption, and the RSA module and SSL sessions feature 1024-bit encryption, for processing your credit card or other payment information." To verify this information, click on the verisign secured logo on the left side of the page during product purchase. A popup box will appear with information confirming that, indeed, their transactions are verisign secured. This therefore means that privacy of your personal and credit card information is secured.

+Can I distribute a trial download?
Since we want our softwares to get as much exposure as possible, users can distribute our trial softwares under the following conditions:

1. You shall only distribute the original, unmodified installation file (download it from the program's home page).  However, you are permitted to rename the installation package.
2.  You shall not present your self as the author of our software.
3.  A purchased license shall never be distributed.
4.  You shall not present any of our shareware products as though it was free, neither shall you present any of our freeware products as a shareware.
5.  You shall not provide a License ID for the software.

*The last condition does not apply to our freeware programs. Note that, failure to abide by the terms spelt above shall constitute copyright infringement and hence liable to criminal persecution to the fullest extent possible under the law.
